In 2003, Iraq became full of chaos and the competition of Arab and non-Arab regional states to try to extend their influence over it. the region is currently suffering from an imbalance of power, so from 2003 to not long ago, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was a parallel power to Iran’s power. the events that Saudi Arabia experienced in the last five years have led to the decline of this power and the loss of a large part of its influence in the region and now it has no significant influence in the region or the Arab environment, that come for several reasons, including failure to deal with the issues properly and develop them to enhance and strengthen this influence, the second reason is the failure in choosing the represented entities, the third reason may be the internal conditions in which Saudi Arabia lives, It has made much of the state’s effort, equipment, and financial resources concentrated to address the internal situation in addition to the economic conditions that plague the whole world. According to the current data this weakness will continue and will reach a point where it will be too late to recover. The Iraqi youth of all sects must unite and work to create a new entity with a new spirit and strengthen it to be a primary line of repercussion. To stop the rising influence of regional powers, especially Iran, that is trying to swallow Iraq. These entities and the new spirit that the Iraqi youth will work on will be turning into power that will preserves the regional balance in confronting and curbing the growing influence of regional countries such as Turkey and Iran, creating a state of balance and openness to all regional powers, including Turkey, Iran, and the world as well, and creating alliances in the interest of Iraq first, which restore Iraq to its natural position in the region, it is known that this vision needs time and effort, but in the medium term, it will achieve impressive results. The Turkish influence in the Arabian Gulf, the Red Sea and the Mediterranean is not hidden from the reader, since 2017 to the present day, Turkey has a base in Qatar, and this is its port for the Arab Gulf, another base in Sudan, and this is an outlet for the Red Sea and an important and large presence In Libya, this is an important strengthening of their forces in the White Sea, in addition to the Turkish presence in the north of Syria and the incursion into northern Iraq, and the dream of annexing lands that were under the authority of the Ottoman Empire until the end of World War One in the past. We cannot overlook that Turkey’s economic power, specially after its absolute control over the Bosporus Strait and the right to explore for gas in the Mediterranean after the end of the Treaty of Lausanne in 2023 will rise greatly, along with the Turkish military industrial development and the arms race that will double its power, this is also one of the important reasons for creating a parallel force to create balance and ensure regional security and preserve the interests of the United States and its allies in the region and not to be at the expense of achieving real achievements inside the country and advancing the Iraqi development at all levels, solving the problems that people suffer and trying to move away from the argumental points that does not work, it is just a distraction to the Iraqi situation and making it unable to diagnose and eliminate the defects.
